Villa Oliveto is a newly-built structure made from local, hand-worked stone, featuring all the typical characteristics of an old-time Tuscan farmhouse. It is located in Pievescola, a locality in the Municipality of Casole d’Elsa, in the middle of the Sienese hills, 150 metres from the renowned Villa La Suvera, a former noble residence transformed into a 5-star hotel and restaurant. The villa enjoys a spectacular view from all sides.
Owing to its central position, famous towns and villages such as Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni, San Galgano, San Gimignano, Florence and Casole d’Elsa are all within a few minutes drive.

Villa Oliveto stands in the countryside, among silver olive-trees that surround the holiday house, its garden and the swimming-pool (10×5 metres). Looking at the landscape, we notice in the vicinity some beautiful green hills, luxuriant with ilex groves and chestnut woods which can be toured on foot or by mountain-bike thanks to the numerous trekking trails.

Il Porcino is on the first floor.
Il Cimballo is on the ground floor and first floor.
All have the same layout. As you enter you find yourself in the kitchen / living-room area which is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils: cutlery and crockery, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, and an Italian espresso machine. In this room there also is a double sofa bed with a little table. The double bedroom comes complete with linen. The bathroom has a shower stall and towels. The garden has tables and chairs to spend a pleasant time outdoors.

The available services are satellite television, independent heating, private parking, swimming-pool and equipment, barbecue, a large green area is at guests disposal.
