Property Il Cuculo offers you to rent a villa in Tuscany that is well kept, with stone walls, totally independent, with a private pool surrounded by a huge and well tended garden, and only 5 minutes away from Stia, a fascinating little town bordering the National Park of the Foreste Casentinesi.

The house is very spacious and is up for a group of 13 people. Our Villa is the ideal place for everyone who wants to meet the culture of Tuscany visiting the near monuments and art galleries of Florence, Arezzo and Siena and even to spend a pleasant time on the green hills of Tuscany and the Casentino Valley.
The Villa is located in a beautiful sunny position nearly on the top of a smooth hill, with panoramic terraces on the Valley and the Romena Castle, where also the poet Dante Alighieri sojourned. An oasis of peace and nature, walking distance to town.

Entering from the automatic gate, an elegant road with cypress will lead you to our Tuscan Villa. In front of the house there is a large terrace and a beautiful outdoor dining area. There are also several trees around that keep the terrace fresh and shady in hot summer days.
If you need to rent a villa in Tuscany to relax, the pool is located in a panoramic position. There are chairs and sun beds, tables and umbrellas in sufficient quantity for the whole group.

Il Cuculo is a 3 floors villa. The living room is on the ground floor and it’s really spacious and sunny. Here is a fire place, TV, a DVD player and a sat TV.
There are 2 kitchens in the villa, furnished with all modern facilities: refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric oven, wood oven for pizza and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking: plates, glasses and pottery in large quantity.
Upon request we have a cook who can come to the villa to prepare a delicious Tuscan meal for you. But…let us know in advance!
On the 1st floor you find 4 bedrooms (3 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed) which can be reached by a beautiful internal staircase or an external one from the garden terrace.
The master room has a private balcony and 3 arched windows. It is about 40 squared meters so we can add also another bed (sofa bed).
The 4 toilets are all tiled with colored Italian ceramics.
There is one more bedroom on the first floor with a sofa double bed, but it’s a pass trough room to the second floor.
On the 2nd floor there is a mansard room with a double bed which can become two single beds upon request. Here is a private toilet with shower.
