Holiday house “Gli Olivi” situated inSovigliana-Vinci-Florence. Renovated in 2005 (90 square meters), it’s on a hill, among the olive , vineyards and cypresses, sunny, with a wonderful view over the valley, provides peace and privacy but it’s not far from markets and shops (500mt.).
There are 4 large rooms and two bathrooms, on two floors: it can accommodate up to 6/7 people, with tiled floors, stone and wood staircase. Around the house there is a enclosed garden of 1000 sqm., with parking, a lawn area, and two terraces (sq. m 60).
On the ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace, exit to the garden and terrace, spacious kitchen area (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, fully equipped kitchen utensils), a double bedroom, bathroom with shower / bidet /wc.
Upstairs: attic room, 2 double sofa beds, exit to the balcony with a panoramic view over the valley, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower / bidet / WC.
