In fact, the villa, the pool and the surrounding park are for guests’ private use. The rent is weekly and Saturday is the day of check-in/out. Villa Caterina is an independent structure that can accommodate groups up to 16 people.
The park: The villa is surrounded by a large park, with spaces for your cars and many green spaces.

The swimming pool: Open from April to October, it is rectangular and has a dimension of 6 x 12 m, with a depth from 90 cm up to 160 cm. It is fully equipped with beds, deck chairs, chairs, tables, umbrellas, sun shower and toilet.

The interiors: The villa consists of two comfortable apartments with separate entrances, but the entire property is always rented to a single guest. Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.

Services included: Electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen (towels and sheets), initial and final cleaning, barbecue and wood oven, Internet access, welcome gift, maintenance of the park and swimming pool.

Villa Caterina is property of the family Magrini and it is personally managed. It’s for people who love the art cities of Tuscany – Florence and Arezzo are 50 km away – and for those who love nature – the boundaries of the National Park of Casentino is near Villa Caterina.
The Casentino valley offers many tourist opportunities too. In addition to the National Park, Casentino have numerous medieval castles, such as the castle of Poppi, and monasteries, such as the famous shrine of La Verna, where St. Francis lived. Going along a few kilometers you can reach cities such as Siena, Cortona, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and many other destinations in Tuscany.
