The apartment L’Ulivo is for 2, the apartments La Quercia e La Ginestra are for 2+2 people each. These apartments are composed of a kitchen living-room with sofa bed, one bed room, and one full bath room.

Moreover you have the independent house La Casa del Torrente for 4+2 people (95 sqm, a large living room with kitchen, fire place, tv-sat, sofa bed, 2 bed rooms, bath room, private terrace with gazebo). Monterchi and Sansepolcro preserve some of the most representative works of Piero della Francesca such as the “Madonna del Parto”, the “Resurrezione” and the polyptich of the “Misericordia”.
In less than one hour you can reach by car the most important cultural centres such as Perugia, Giubbio, Città di Castello, Arezzo and Rimini, while it will take less than two hours to get to worldwide famous towns such as Siena and Florence.
