The two city accommodations Romitorio are located in Siena. Apartments in the city center, at walking distance from Piazza del Campo, and recently remodeled: these are two holiday apartments in Tuscany perfect for romantic escapes in Italy, and family holidays in Tuscany with children.

Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and Arezzo are all within one hour driving from the city center. Siena does not need to be introduced. Just think of the famous Palio. The apartments are located in a lovely section of town, ten minutes from Piazza del Campo passing through the heart of town, a step away from the bus station and the city park, yet very silent thanks to its location enclosed between ancient walls.

Red Apartment:
It’s the largest of these two holiday apartments in Tuscany. Fully restored in May 2010, fifty-five square metres large, it has sunlit and quiet living areas, wide windows and is furnished with style and refined personal taste, differing from other flats in Siena. Apartments in the city are usually less modern and functional.
This accommodation includes a living room with double sofa bed, a table with four seats, home furniture, great hide-away kitchenette and fully equipped with dishwasher, family fridge, cookware, induction stoves.
Master bedroom: double mattress + individual mattress, a big armoire, 2 side-bed tables.
The washing space is a small but efficient hideaway space in the apartment right in front of the bathroom. In includes a washer and dryer. The bathroom is large and features a shower and hairdryer.

Green Apartment in Siena:
Apartments also completely remade during 2010. It is 40 sqm, which include a double bedroom and spacious bathroom featuring designer ceramics of great taste. The fully equipped kitchen The bedroom provides you with a double bed, 2 night time tables, an armoire a dresser and a ground light.
The kitchen gives you a double bed sofa, all the household devices, (dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker, induction stoves), a foldable dinner table and 2 chairs.
The restroom has an extremely large showering cabin and also hairdryer.

In both Tuscany apartments you will find:
The bedrooms feature a satellite flat screen television, access to the Internet, Wi-Fi is on request, independent heating, ironing tools (iron and board). Pets cannot enter the apartments and are not allowed, just like smoking is not allowed. Bed and bath linens are changed once a week.

The price comprises: once a week bed linen and towels change, water, electrical power, access to the Internet, cable LCD TV, city tax, your rental in Siena.
Apartments rates do not include: weekly/final cleanings euro 30 each.
We require a caution of Euro 300 returned to you at the end of the vacation.
