The PODERE ZUCCHERINI, an old red building built in the venacular architecture of the area, sits among ancient olive groves and pastures in the valley between the Medieval villages of BURIANO and VETULONIA. It has three apartments, sleeping 14. In the groud floor apartment there is a very large hall, which used to be a stable,that can be used as meeting hall for parties or small congress for 40. TV is available for all apartments, on request.

Apartment 1 (55 mq) sleeps 2 people
It has a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower, a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed and a fireplace.

Apartment 2 (70 mq) sleeps 4 people
It has 2 double bedroom + an extra large hall which can sleep 2 (it has its own bathroom and kitchenette), 2 bathrooms with shower and bath, 1 living room with kitchen where there is a dishwasher and an oven.

Apartment 3 (125 mq) sleeps 5 people
It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(1 with shower, 1with bath), a living room with a sofa bed, a big kitchen with dishwasher and oven.

Conference Hall
Great hall of about 90 square meters with a bathroom and a kitchen that can accommodate 50-60 people for parties, small meetings and tastings.
