The Calabria farmhouse has also been renovated with care and has been furnished with period country furniture, using natural products as water paint for the walls, bricks for the pavement and mattresses in natural fibers. It is placed in the valley between the hills of Buriano and Vetulonia, two medieval walled towns that enrich the natural beauty of the place. It has 3 apartments sleeping 10, plus 3 sofa beds and 2 baby beds. It has a large garden with swimming-pool and a veranda with a beautiful view on the landscape around. Each apartment has its own space in the garden with table and chairs. There is a collective space as laundry with washing machine, four adult bicycles, a few children bicycles, an old bread oven, a barbecue in the garden.

It has one very large double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one living room with kitchenette, one sofa bed, TV, iron and ironing board. All rooms have brick ceiling.

It has one large double bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, one bathroom with shower, one living room with kitchenette, TV, one sofa bed, iron and ironing board.

Apartment3:
It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room with fireplace, one kitchen, one balcony with table and chairs with wiev to the surrounding hills, one barbecue, TV and dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
