These are two recently renovated, bright and quiet apartments in Florence, Tuscany located on the second floor of an ancient building in the heart of town. The windows of the accommodation face an internal court, ensuring a peaceful stay far from the city cry.

The living room was renovated with attention to detail; wood beams were left exposed, just like a brick arch ideally dividing the night area from the daytime area. The latter includes the dining room, the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will certainly find all the necessary to prepare delicious homemade recipes.

In the night area all rooms are equipped with two twin beds, which upon necessity can be united to become one large matrimonial bed. Bed linen is provided. Night tables and lamps, a spacious wardrobe, and a small desk with chair complete the bedrooms. The apartment for 4 people features two bathrooms with shower, while that for two people has one full bathroom with shower. Two extra guests per apartment can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

Both apartments offer all comforts including air conditioning in every room, a television with DVD player, central heating, fridge with freezer, electric oven, washer, and wi-fi Internet connection.

39 Borgo Pinti are apartments in Florence set in one of the nicest areas of town near the Santa Croce cathedral, one of the brightest monuments of Tuscany. The nearest bus stop is 200 meters away, while Santa Maria Novella, the central train station, is just 15 minutes walking.

These two accommodations are set on the second floor with no elevator. Children are welcome, but pets are not allowed.

These apartments in Florence can also be let during weekends (3 days) at 400 or 500 Euros, while one week (7 days) is 650 or 950 Euors depending which apartment you choose.
