A very nice holiday apartment in Tuscany surrounded by greenery and the silence of the pine wood of Viareggio in the residential area Città Giardino. Viareggio is a town known for its tourism in the heart of Versilia.

The location is very strategic for visiting the artistic and natural beauties of Tuscany:
Lucca, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Garfagnana and Florence within one hour travel.

Even without having a car available, you can go to the bus station 100 meters from our accommodation and in a few minutes to the rail station to go to Lucca, Pisa or Florence.

This holiday apartment in Tuscany is located in a condominium in Città Giardino, in the greenest residential area of Viareggio. It is indeed to be found near the pine forest and near the sea.

The apartment is really nice and welcoming, with an area of 60 square meters. It is located in a building of 2 floors at the the second floor served by an elevator. And it’s cool even in summer for the proximity to the pine woods.

Our rental apartment has a living room with a large table with 6 seats and a sofa bed for 2 people.
There is a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, one of them double. Heating is completely autonomous.

You will also have a balcony overlooking the pine wood and internal private parking, a rare occurrence in Viareggio.

The home provides all major appliances for a happy holiday: TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, electric oven. We have space for drying clothes on the balcony.

Casetta in Versilia accommodates 2+3 people but on request can also take 6 pax.

In the months from May to September you have the advantage of an equipped spot in the beach resort “Florence”, 800 meters from our holiday apartment in Tuscany. You will have the use of a large sun umbrella, loungers and beach hut. Rates are from 400 Euros.
