The LACONA CAMPING is located on the southern coast of Elba, at the base of the Capostella promontory just a few kilometers from the ports of Portoferraio and Portoazzurro. Nestled under the shade cast by the eucalyptus trees and the Mediterranean scrub, the Lacona Camping covers a surface of 28,000 m and is 100 m from the pebble beach of Margidore and 400 m from the sandy beach of Lacona. The Lacona Campground is managed by the owners, Paolo e Piero Mazzarri , and they are directly hocked in the reception of their own guests and in the continuous improvement of their own structure, with the support of valid and motivated collaborators. The camping boasts of a great number of “regular guests” that every year renews again their presence, so that they confirm the trust and the pleasure for the services and the job offered by our whole staff. Inside the Lacona Camping You find a market, cafe, lunch bar-pizzeria, Internet point, children playground ,refrigerators cells, medical service ,scooter and bicycle hire. In the 2 groups of hygienic services they are present washing machines, facilities for disabled, chemical WC and also an area for washing dogs. Our guests have many free services at their disposition: swimming pool, entertainment (mid/high season), kayaks, electricity from 2 to 4 amperes, camper service, BBQ, warm water hot water in bathroom facilities, valuables custody service and the possibility of using electronic money with chip-cards. Sea transport can be booked here, with direct issue of the ferry tickets and free of charge. During mid/high season you can enjoy the entertainment of the mini-club, water exercising, archery, games, night shows, and more. The 2 car/motorcycle parking places have a guarded entrance and can be accessed at any time. ATM and all major credit cards accepted. Just a few steps from the camping ground is a Diving center for scuba diving excursions, refilling oxygen tanks, diving courses and hiring scuba diving equipment. In a friendly and relaxing environment, qualified personnel will be at your disposal for all your needs. During mid and high season, all guests of the Lacona Camping Ground will be required to wear a personal ID pass (plastic bracelet).
