The LACONA APARTMENTS are in a hilly area 1.5 km from the sea and from the Lacona Campground, they are located along the “Colle Reciso” road, which is 8 km long and it connects Lacona to Portoferraio. The flats are readapted farm houses and are located on the agricultural firm of the owners, a farm that produces the fine wines of the island. They are available in various sizes - one, two or three rooms - with 2 to 5 beds , in a green and quiet area for a full relaxed permanence. For all the flats a big external space to disposition with barbecue, tables, chairs, deckchairs and garden umbrellas. Pets are allowed. The price includes: parking space, cleaning service at beginning/end of stay, 10 % VAT, utilities (electricity/water/gas). Not included: Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen . Arrivals/Departures every day of the week excluding SATURDAY (check in 4:00 pm – check out 10:00 am). The apartments are equipped with winter heating and they are open all year round. During the opening season of the LACONA campground, the guests of the LACONA FLATS can use the parking areas, the pool and all other services within the camping.
