La Vitaleta is a charming apartment in Tuscany located in the heart of the Valdorcia, a Unesco world-heritage site for its beauty and rich cultural fabric. This romantic apartment is nestled in the heart of the delicious town of San Quirico d’Orcia, at the center of a valley flourishing with wheat fields and vineyards. Here you will be in a strategic position to travel around and visit suggestive localities such as Montalcino, with its famous Brunello, Montepulciano, home of Nobile, Bagno Vignoni, to regenerate in its thermal-spring baths, and Pienza, homeland of famous Pecorino cheese. Last but not least, Siena is just 40 kilometers away, with all its beauty and world-known Palio.

The Apartment in Tuscany
The windows of apartment La Vitaleta open up on the main square of San Quirico d’Orcia, providing enchanting views of the doors of the city Porta Nuova. It was finely renovated in 2008 with great care and attention to maintaining unaltered all the Tuscan characteristics, while providing modern comforts and amenities.
The available space is 40 sqm, or 430 sqf. It includes a matrimonial bedroom with queen size bed, one full bathroom with shower, and a cozy living room including an efficient and fully equipped corner-kitchen.

Among the modern comforts of this apartment in Tuscany are a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dishwasher, electric oven and independent heating, which is not included in the price. All linens and towels are provided, and the price also includes the final cleaning. If you would like to have daily cleanups at an extra charge, you will need to request them expressly.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and we find it impossible to allow pets inside. We request that our guests stay at least three nights at a cost of 300 Euros. Weekly stays cost 600 Euros.
