A warm welcome from the Farm Holidays Ponziani Tuscany bed and breakfast, where you will be received in our beautiful and comfortable apartments; Pisa is located just twenty minutes away, and nearby there are many sights to enjoy.

Here you will find 12 apartments, each one with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. They are all provided with independent heating system, air-conditioning, cable TV and telephone on request. Every bedroom is particularly comfortable to make you feel home during your holidays. Our apartments also have a lovely outside balcony where you can have your lunch or dinner.

You may stay in our Tuscany bed and breakfast to spend your holidays with us or, if you have work to do in the city, you can take advantage of our location staying in our apartments; Pisa is a popular business destination. However, relaxing remains the best way to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside, in strict contact with nature, genuine food and traditions of our region. We will be glad to make you relax by our large swimming pool surrounded by woods and meadows. Children will enjoy themselves in our playground, while sportsmen can walk, bike or do jogging through the several paths all around our farm. A delicious breakfast will be served from 8:00 to 9:00 in the restaurant, so that you will start your day in the calm and tranquility denoting our style. If you want, you can also have dinner at the restaurant where Ms. Morena will delight you with genuine and typical Tuscan food.

All the apartments have been authentically renovated in keeping with the architectural styles of Tuscany, with local materials such as wooden beams and decorative brickwork. All the rooms are air conditioned and the furnishings are simple and comfortable and include kitchen, lounge, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own outdoor area with a table, chairs and sunshade. Despite all of that each apartment maintains its own originality. The living rooms furnished in typical Tuscan style command a well equipped kitchen, fitted with four gas rings, oven, fridge and sat. TV, to make guests feel right at home.
The bedrooms are very comfortable, all distinguished by rustic decor and beds fitted with the best quality orthopedic mattresses.

In our Tuscany bed and breakfast you can also buy all the typical products produced in our farm. You can also have the possibility to join us in our many activities: from the grape and the olive harvest to the melons and watermelons crop.

At about 2 km from our Farm holidays there is a riding school and all surrounding our farm a beautiful scenery made of wide meadows, woods, vineyards and olive trees.

During the month of February, the town is busy with the Carnevale dei Bambini, a traditional colourful Carnival, involving large allegorical carts, dedicated to all children. To really appreciate this old tradition we suggest you to stay at least 2 days.

During June and July, there is the traditional Sagra della Pizza e della Birra, a festival of pizza and beer which takes place every night in the center of the town. From 15th to 20th August there is the famous Sagra dei Bignè (cream puffs festival), with a huge cake having the shape of a famous Italian monument, all covered by bignè, parading through the main street of the town.

Some distances from our apartments: Pisa is 35 kilometers, 15 km from Montecatini Terme (renowned spa town), 1 km from Orentano, at 5 km from the A11 Motorway (exit Altopascio), 50 km from Florence, 30 km from the seaside (Viareggio) and 15 km fro the FI-PI-LI Freeway (exit Pontedera).

In the farmhouse in Tuscany you may purchase all the typical products of the farm and other home prepared refinements.

Within the farmhouse there is a vast hall, set out to allow you to sample all the typical products of the farm: water-melon, melon, extra virgin olive oil . The room is adorned with a large fireplace for your delight with other specialties of the house, and on the warmer days what could be more pleasant than to dine under the porch?

On the farm, far away from the rhythms and concerns of daily life, one can feel refreshed and relax in the spacious private and enclosed pool (12m. x 6m.).

Comfortable deck-chairs and sunshades invite you to bask away your holiday in complete relaxation with the possibility of making use of a changing room which is always available for you. Around the farmhouse you will find wide meadows, vineyards, olive groves and woods, a landscape to admire which encourages long walks or bicycle rides. For reasons of privacy, our Tuscany bed and breakfast is completely enclosed. Indeed upon arrival the owner will greet you in the reception and you may safely leave your car in the ample private car park. You will enjoy spending some time in the large park nearby, featuring a well, a barbecue, play area for children and benches for comfortably sitting and reading.
